According to a royal analyst, Prince Harry and Meghan may announce “major news” at King Charles’ coronation

The very important occasion that will take place on the grounds of Britain is less than two months away. The country would witness a coronation when Charles was formally made King after more than 70 years.

But in addition to Charles, Camilla, who is married to Charles, will also receive a new, more important title: Queen Consort.

The long-awaited coronation is scheduled for May 6, which also happens to be the day Archie, Harry and Meghan’s firstborn, was born.

Around 8,000 people attended the coronation of the late Queen Elizabeth in 1954, and 129 official nations were represented. According to rumors, King Charles is reportedly preparing to drastically lower that number at his coronation.

The coronation, code-named “Operation Golden Orb,” will be presided over by Justin Welby, the Archbishop of Canterbury, and held at Westminster Abbey.

King Charles’ coronation, according to a statement about it, “will represent the monarch’s role today and look towards the future, while being anchored in longstanding traditions and pageantry,” which Britain hasn’t experienced since June 2, 1953, when Queen Elizabeth assumed the throne.

The declaration further states that “The Coronation is a solemn religious event, as well as a time for joy and pomp.

“There will be additional opportunities for people to gather in honor of the momentous event throughout the Coronation Weekend. A spectacular Coronation Concert will be held and aired live at Windsor Castle on Sunday, May 7, 2023 by the BBC & BBC Studios. Thousands of pairs of tickets will be made available via a public ballot, according to Buckingham Palace.

On the same day around the nation, The Coronation Big Lunch will be held, inviting neighbors and communities to enjoy food and entertainment.

Queen Mary’s Crown, which has 2,200 diamonds set inside it and was worn by Queen Mary and her husband, King George V, at their coronation in 1911, will be used to crown Camilla. A change would be made to the crown in order to honor the late Queen Elizabeth. Some claim that the Cullinan III, IV, and V diamonds, which belonged to the late Queen’s personal jewelry collection, will replace the tiara.

As was to be expected, there was much speculation as to whether Harry and Meghan would be invited to the coronation. Harry finally broke his silence and announced that they had been invited, but he would not say if they would go or not.

A representative for the pair told The Sunday Times, “I can confirm The Duke has lately received email correspondence from His Majesty’s office regarding the coronation.

We won’t immediately announce whether or not The Duke and Duchess will attend, according to our statement.

Royal analyst Gareth Russell told US Weekly, “We do know King Charles III has kept the invitation to the Coronation open.

And he has made it quite plain that Archie, Lilibet, and the Duke of Sussex are all invited to visit London in May for the coronation.

Prince Harry and Meghan are likely to want to blend into the background if they attend the major event, which they very certainly would.

Because their son Archie will be turning one on the day of his grandpa’s coronation, the couple may end up being the center of attention on the big day, according to royal expert Kinsey Schofield.

Schofield told Express, “I truly believe that if we see anything around the Coronation, it would be a picture of Archie.

“If we actually got to see Archie around the coronation, which is around his birthday, that would be big news,” she said. “We haven’t seen him too much.”

“We do know King Charles III has kept the invitation to the Coronation open,” royal expert Gareth Russell told US Weekly.

The Duke and Duchess, according to royal authority Robert Hardman, author of Queen of Our Times: The Biography of Elizabeth II, would show reverence. He told Page Six, “This is not our show; it is his show. We are here out of appreciation for such a lovely thing to do. Intimate family matters aside that will be discussed another time.

Don’t forget, he added, “We kind of went through this last year with the Queen’s (Platinum) Jubilee,” noting that Harry and Meghan were “very low-key” at that ceremony.

“They didn’t try to steal the spotlight from the main event, they didn’t do any interviews, and they didn’t have a Netflix crew following them up the aisle [at St. Paul’s Cathedral],” the author said. If they’re smart, I think they’ll approach it this time in that manner.

What do you think about this? Do you think Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will go to the coronation?
