Star of “Three’s Company” dies at 76

Actress Suzanne Somers from Three’s Company passes away at the age of 76, one day before turning 77, following a protracted battle with cancer.

Her role as Chrissy Snow on Three’s Company made her the most well-known actress.

Her publicist R Couri Hay informed people of her passing.

According to the statement he issued, Suzanne Somers died away quietly at home on October 15 in the early morning hours.

“She spent more than 23 years surviving an aggressive form of breast cancer. Alan, Suzanne’s devoted husband, her son Bruce, and Suzanne’s close family were all present.

On October 16, her family came together to celebrate her 77th birthday. Instead, they will honour her exceptional life and express their gratitude to all of her countless admirers.

The actress and businesswoman told her followers that she had cancer again in July of this year.

“As you know, I had breast cancer 20 years ago, and although it occasionally recurs, I continue to fight it off.

“I have fought it with the best conventional and alternative remedies. For me, this is not unfamiliar ground. I’m a combatant who is skilled at donning my armor.

She also gave Alan Hamel, her husband, thanks for being by her side “every step of the way.”

\”I have no words to express what he has done for me. We are closer than ever, if that’s even conceivable, she continued. “My amazing family has been so encouraging.”

She is also well known for playing Sheriff Hildy Granger in the television series She’s the Sheriff and Carol Foster Lambert in the film Step by Step.

The Suzanne Show, her own talk show, Candid Camera, and a guest spot on Dancing with the Stars are some of Suzanne’s most recent TV appearances.

She also wrote her 1988 memoir Keeping Secrets, as well as over 25 other books on subjects like fitness, sex, and weight loss.
