The final image of Lisa Marie Presley that Riley Keough had before she passes away

It’s understandable that Lisa Marie Presley’s friends and family are left with a glaring hole in their lives despite the fact that the world may have quietly moved on as a result of her sudden demise.

On January 12, after being transported to the hospital in complete cardiac arrest, Elvis Presley’s only child passed tragically.

According to TMZ, Lisa Marie’s housekeeper found her unresponsive in the bathroom. Her ex-husband, Danny Keough, started performing CPR before rescuers arrived.

Her mother, Priscilla Presley, confirmed Lisa Marie’s passing in a statement:

“I must deliver the devastating news that your passing coincided with that of my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie. She was the zealous, bravest, and most loving woman I’ve ever encountered.

Lisa Marie’s daughter Riley Keough posted a heartfelt remembrance of her mother on social media following her death. The tweet included an image of Riley and Lisa from when they were first dating, coupled with a straightforward heart emoji as the description.

One can only imagine Riley’s current avalanche of emotions, and it’s possible that her choice to leave a blank space on her post is simply a reflection of the fact that Riley isn’t yet ready to talk about her mother’s unexpected demise.

This week, in an updated Instagram post, the 33-year-old posted the last photo she ever took with her cherished mother.

“I feel lucky to have a picture of the last time I saw my beloved mother,” she said. I appreciate @georgieflores taking this, and

The day before she died, Lisa Marie saw Austin Butler win the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Dramatic Motion Picture for his portrayal of Lisa Marie’s father in Elvis.

She recalled how she felt after seeing the film about her father by Baz Luhrmann: “I truly didn’t know what to do with myself when I saw it.”

The author added, “I can’t really articulate what it meant; it was so great, so accurate, and simply so authentic.” “I had to process it for like five days.”

Thank you for becoming my mother in this life, I said. I will always be appreciative that we shared 33 years of marriage. I knew I had chosen the best mother in the world for me as far back as I can remember, Riley wrote. “I remember everything. I remember you bathed me when I was a baby. I still remember you taking me somewhere while Aretha Franklin was performing. When I would come to your bed at night, I can still remember your smell and the way you would hug me.

I remember you taking me out for ice cream after school in Florida. I remember you lying next to my brother and I at night and singing us lullabies till we fell asleep.

“I remember how every time you went out of town, you used to purchase me a new Cracker Barrel tea set.”

“Every letter you’ve ever placed in my lunchbox is still here. I still remember how it felt when you touched my forehead and the feelings I would have when I saw you pick me up from school. The affection of the most dedicated mother I’ve ever met is still palpable to me. I can still remember how you held me when I would come to your bed at night, as well as how you smelled.

I remember you taking me out for ice cream in Florida after school. You used to lull my brother and I to sleep at night by singing us lullabies and lying next to us until we fell asleep.

Every time you left town, you used to get me a new Cracker Barrel tea set, I remember.

“I continue to have every note you’ve ever placed in my lunchbox. When you would pick me up from school, I still feel your fingers on my forehead and remember the feelings I would have. My mother was the most loving mother I’ve ever known, and I can still feel her affection. I can still remember how safe I felt in your arms. I remember having that sensation, both when I was a child and two weeks ago on your couch.

“I value you showing me that love is the only thing that matters in this world. I want to love my daughter the same way you loved me, my brother, and my sisters.

In spite of the fact that Lisa Marie’s departure is surely painful and resulted in a global outpouring of grief, fans may find solace in the knowledge that she has now been reunited with her beloved baby Benjamin.

When Benjamin, Elvis’ grandson, killed himself in 2020 at the age of 27, Lisa Marie’s life was irrevocably changed.

Page Six rumours claim that Lisa Marie was interred at Graceland over the weekend with her son. Currently, it’s thought that the two are seated next to one another in the mythical mansion of Elvis Presley’s meditation garden.
