According to a new book, Harry bluntly refused to meet with his brother William.

There is something about the British Royal family that captivates people from all over the world. The royals are one of the most popular families in the world, and they are always in the media and under the watchful eye of the general population.

Several attempts were made to rebuild it, but none were successful. The brothers appeared to be as far apart as they were in 2020, when the Sussexes relinquished their royal duties and left Britain behind. Following that, both Harry and Meghan levelled allegations, including those of racism.

Those charges, combined with the one that Prince William and King Charles were both imprisoned in the system, and the one Harry departed because his wife opened his eyes, infuriated William. As first in line to the throne, William has always made it a point to serve and safeguard the Crown’s best interests, and hence the system Harry assailed.

According to royal analysts, Harry and Meghan extended olive branches to the family and are doing all in their power to smooth things up, but it appears that little progress has been made as of yet.

The Sussexes were in Britain during the Queen’s burial and spent the majority of their time with the new Prince and Princess of Whales.

According to author Valentine Low’s new book, Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown, an excerpt of which was published in the Daily Mail, William reached out to his brother, and Harry was initially open to the offer, but he turned it down due to concerns that news of any such meeting would be leaked by royal staff.

Prince William texted his brother the day after the program aired, asking if he could come visit him.

“At first, Harry was on board. Then he returned to his brother and inquired who he would tell. William indicated that he needed to clear his schedule, which would entail informing his private secretary. At that time, Harry told him, “Don’t come,” according to the passage.

He was so afraid that William’s staff would leak the visit to the press that he’d rather not meet his brother than risk it making the papers.

Low also said that the destroyed friendship between the once-close brothers is harming those close to both of them.

It was once stated that late Princess Diana made her sons swear to remain best friends for the rest of their lives.

Diana is claimed to have urged her boys, “You must promise me that you will always be each other’s best friends.”

And never let anyone stand in your way, she said, following which the brothers “high-fived each other and cuddled their mother.”

Prince Harry is set to release a memoir later this year, and the substance of it will most certainly influence the trajectory of their relationship.
