Beloved Tom Selleck faces new challenges.

Dear readers, we regret to inform you of some tragic news. Tom Selleck, the flamboyant private investigator Thomas Magnum from the classic TV series Magnum, P.I., is dealing with health issues that could lead to the cancelation of his renowned show.

Tom, a well-known American actor and film producer, has been battling chronic rheumatoid arthritis. This disease has a significant impact on his everyday life, both personally and professionally, on the set of his current show, “Blue Bloods.” He no longer leaps from cars and dives into the depths of the water as easily.

Tom now uses a stunt double for more perilous action scenes. Simple things like getting in and out of his police cruiser are even more difficult due to his arthritic pain. Tom, however, remains professional and never complains.

Tom’s family is also concerned that his arthritis treatment, which may include steroid-like medicines, is hurting his vision and causing gradual loss of sight. Uveitis, a disorder associated with arthritis, causes inflammation in the central layer of the eye and often affects people aged 20 to 59.

We know Tom to be a resilient and strong person, but this cancer is genuinely awful, and it is a difficult time for him. In times like these, it is critical that we band together as a community and help him in any way we can.

Let us keep Tom in our thoughts and prayers as he navigates this difficult journey. Please feel free to share this news with others so that we may all send positive energy and love to him. Tom, our hearts are with you.
