The absence of a connection between King Charles and Lilibet and Archie, who are “always in his heart,” is troubling, claims a new book

While vacationing in sunny California with their parents, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Prince Archie and Prince Lilibet are enjoying the time of their lives.

It’s been said that the two young children, who just recently received their royal titles, spend a lot of time at their family’s Montecito, California, home. Of course, they have no idea how much turmoil the British side of their family is going through.

After much rumor, Prince Harry’s attendance at the coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla has been officially confirmed; Buckingham Palace made the announcement on Wednesday. Archie and Lilibet will stay in the United States with Meghan, on the other hand. Despite not having seen his grandchildren in nearly a year, Charles will now miss the opportunity to meet them.

Archie and Lilibet reportedly weren’t invited to the coronation because they were too young, but King Charles seems to be having trouble deciding how he feels about the two little youngsters. In his most recent book, royal expert Robert Jobson claims that the queen is not happy with the situation as it stands.

Only a few weeks remain till King Charles and Queen Camilla are crowned. After months of speculation and preparation, everything seemed to have fallen into place.

About 2,000 people are expected to attend the coronation, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s presence or lack thereof has been one of the main themes of discussion.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, in their Netflix miniseries Spare, which debuted in December, and most recently in Harry’s book Spare, the couple publicly criticized the Royal Family. It was not ruled out that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle would not receive any invitations to the coronation in the wake of all the accusations.

Though their kids Archie and Lilibet weren’t, they soon were.

“The Duke of Sussex will attend the Coronation Service at Westminster Abbey on May 6,” according to Buckingham Palace. According to the Palace, the Duchess of Sussex will remain in California with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Archie, and Lilibet travelled to the UK to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee the previous year. During their stay, Lilibet celebrated her first birthday, and Charles was reportedly “absolutely thrilled” to meet both her and her older brother.

When they first met, Charles and Lilibet who is now a princess had a “very emotional” first encounter, a royal insider recalled to the BBC at the time.

The person said, “It was wonderful to have them back in the UK. It was nice to see them. “The meeting with them made the prince and the duchess ecstatic. He added that spending time with his grandson Archie, who is now three years old, was “very, very special” for Prince Charles.

In the words of the insider, “he hadn’t met Lili, his granddaughter, & so meeting her was very emotional, a truly wonderful thing.”

King Charles, of obviously, wants to see his grandchildren, despite some people’s opinions that Lilibet and Archie are too young to attend the coronation. The monarch is “pleased” that his son Harry will be present at his wedding, The Sun reports. Being unable to see Meghan, Archie, and Lilibet is challenging at the same time.

The King is overjoyed that his son Harry, whom he calls his “darling boy,” will be visiting the Abbey. According to the source, “He wanted him there.” He won’t be able to see Meghan or his grandchildren, which is regrettable, but

Being apart from one’s children or grandchildren, even for a single day, is tough for any parent or grandparent to comprehend.

In King Charles’ case, it has been almost a year since he last saw Archie or Lilibet, and it seems to have worn him down.

In his most recent book, OUR KING: Charles III: the Man and the Monarch, royal author Robert Jobson talks about King Charles’ sorrow for Archie and Lilibet, who are 6th and 7th in the line of succession.

Jobson claims that despite the difficulties caused by the split between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and the royal family, Archie and Lilbet are “always in Charles’ heart.”

According to Robert Jobson’s book, which was cited by the Mirror, “Unfortunately, due to his poor relationship with his second child, Prince Harry, and his wife Meghan Markle, Charles has spent hardly any quality time with his other grandchildren, Archie, and his sister, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor.”

“However, those who are close to him claim that they are always in his heart.” It’s one of the factors contributing to his difficulty adjusting to his estrangement from his second child.

A short time after Archie was born, King Charles visited him for the first time. Harry and Meghan debated leaving the royal family and relocating to a different country even back then.

“King Charles went to see Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at Frogmore Cottage a week after Archie was born in May 2019 & was thrilled as he cradled the baby boy in his arms,” Jobson relates. However, the Sussexes were preparing to leave the Firm even at that time.

Archie and Lilibet were recently awarded the regal titles of prince and princess, which was unexpected. There have been inquiries as to why, but Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have referred to it as the kids’ “birthright,” adding that they ought to have the option of keeping them or not in the future.
