Denise Richards shares the news while mourning intensely

Celebrities and followers from all over the nation and abroad were shocked to learn of Kirstie Alley’s passing.

Alley passed away from cancer, according to a statement posted on social media by her children, who had only recently learned of her diagnosis. Her coworkers paid tribute to her and shared memories of how unique Alley was.

Actress Denise Richards was one of those who posted their thoughts on Alley’s passing.

She wrote on Instagram that Kirstie was “one of the funniest, sweetest, and greatest people I’ve ever met.” I feel incredibly fortunate and appreciative that I was able to work on a movie with my mother.

“I was a little apprehensive about working with her, but she immediately put me at ease. She cherished animals fervently and had a golden heart. Everywhere she went, her contagious laugh brought joy and brightness. Kirstie, you are loved by so many people and you will be sorely missed. Good luck to your children and grandchildren.

In the 1999 film Drop Dead Gorgeous, Richards and Alley co-starred and Richards played Alley’s character’s daughter.

Alley was the object of admiration from many people, including Richards.

John Travolta, who starred alongside Alley in the film, also paid tribute, writing that their friendship was one of the most unusual friendships ever and that they would “run into each other again.”

In “@tvscreamqueens,” Jamie Lee Curtis described Alley as “a lovely real-life mother bear and a brilliant comic foil.” She aided me in purchasing Christmas onesie presents for my family. We respected and related to one another despite our agreement to disagree on a few issues.

“I’m glad I got to work with you on Scream Queens season 2; it was hilarious when you typed your name into my phone. Kirstie’s Scream Queens co-star Abigail Breslin, who wrote, “I hope you’re in a better place right now. She wrote “Khirsty (like thirsty)” next to Alley’s phone number. “Love to the families and friends of Kirsties. Xx.”
