A Chinese couple struggled to conceive, and after unsuccessful attempts, they turned to surrogacy. But since surrogacy is still prohibited in China, they looked for an American woman to carry their child.

Jessica Allen, a mother of two, was eventually discovered by them.

For serving as a surrogate, Allen received $30,000. After a procedure, she became pregnant with the couple’s child, and after some time passed, they received wonderful news.

Prior to an ultrasound that abruptly changed everything, everything seemed to be going great. Allen was informed by the doctor that she was actually carrying two babies, not just one.

When she learned this, she was eager to inform the Chinese couple who had agreed to pay Allen an extra $5,000 for the second child, of the news.

Allen gave birth to two healthy babies at the 35th week of her pregnancy, but she was unable to meet them. The pregnancy went well.

She and her husband purchased a home for themselves and their children with the money she received from the couple.

But suddenly, the Chinese couple got in touch with them. They were stunned beyond belief by what they heard.

The babies, whom doctors initially thought to be twins, turned out to be unrelated. While the other wasn’t, one of them was obviously Chinese. They discovered that the second infant was in fact Allen’s after performing a DNA test.

Allen and her husband had sex while she was expecting the couple’s child, and she became pregnant. She was therefore carrying two children at once, one of whom was her own and the other wasn’t.

The couple insisted that they had no desire to interact with the child, who was not their own. What’s more, they warned Allen that they would give it up for adoption if she didn’t want it either.

Additionally, they asked for $22,000 in compensation because they were sending more money for the second child.

 

Allen and her husband lacked the funds, and the couple refused to give them the child until they made good on their debt to them.

 

The newborn child was finally at home with his real parents after two months of struggle. Allen needed a loan, but she was now accompanied by her son. She gave the child the name Malachai.
