Greg Vaughan, a soap opera veteran, had a scary hospitalization.
Greg Vaughan, a soap opera veteran best known for his appearances on “Days of Our Lives” and “General Hospital,” was recently hospitalized after a harrowing encounter. Vaughan posted photos of himself hooked up to an oxygen machine, prompting alarm among his followers.
Vaughan was hospitalized because of acute altitude sickness. He had planned a winter holiday with his children to Breckenridge, Colorado, where he wanted to ski and snowboard. However, only one day into his trip, he began to feel fatigued, congested, and short of breath.
Unfortunately, Vaughan’s attempts to relieve his symptoms, such as taking NyQuil and drinking Pedialyte, were ineffective. Realizing the gravity of his situation, he had to descend the mountain and seek medical attention.
