After Matthew Perry’s burial, the heartbreaking truth about Jennifer Anniston emerges, confirming our worst fears.
Mathew Perry, the TV sitcom Friends’ star, was laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Perry’s Friends cast mates, who issued a united statement last week after learning of his passing, were among the mourners.
“We are all completely crushed by Matthew’s death. We were more than simply coworkers. In a unified statement, the cast added, “We are a family.” “There is so much to say, but for the time being, we’re going to grieve and process this incomprehensible loss.” We will say more as we are able in the future. For the time being, our thoughts and prayers are with Matty’s family, friends, and everyone else.
Jennifer Aniston, 54, Lisa Kudrow, 60, Courteney Cox, and David Schwimmer, 57, came at Forest Lawn Church of the Hills in Los Angeles, all dressed in black, while Matt LeBlanc greeted them outside after the emotional ceremony.
Perry died on October 28th, at the age of 54. He was discovered unresponsive in his LA home’s hot tub, and the Los Angeles Police Department is currently investigating the exact cause of death, however the initial report indicates that he drowned. According to reports, no narcotics of any type were discovered at the site, but toxicology testing will be performed by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office. “Everyone in the world adored him.”
Perry wasn’t only a well-known name; he was also someone who was always willing to provide a helping hand, especially to people who struggled with the same addictions he did.
Perry never married and never had children, despite his desire to be a father.
The late actor and the rest of the pals cast were not only cast mates, but also real-life pals.
They remained close after the series wrapped and frequently checked in on one another, although in Perry’s case, it was Jennifer Aniston who reached out to him the most.
Aniston was by his side through thick and thin, and she was the one who kept in touch with him through his ups and downs.
According to a friend of hers, “nobody shed more tears for Matthew during the darkest points of his struggles with addiction than Jennifer.”
The 2021 reunion proved that Perry and Aniston’s connection was as deep as that of the characters they portrayed. It was unclear whether Perry would attend owing to his battle with drugs at the time, but Aniston stated she wouldn’t want a reunion without him.
Jennifer Anniston is having a particularly difficult time now that Perry is no longer alive, a source informed Page Six.
“Out of the remaining 5, Jen and Courteney are reeling the most, and Jen is undoubtedly the one who is struggling most acutely,” a source told me.
They went on to say: “She is trying to regroup and recover but it’s been a completely devastating blow.”
